Art in the Park

March 7, 8, 14, 15

Art in the Park  10 AM – 5 PM Local artists along with students from Dana Hills High School will be displaying a variety of works, utilizing unique mediums on the grassy areas at the corner of Island Way and Dana Point Harbor Drive.

The Ocean Institute will be partnering with Art in the Park to create unique ocean creatures in their Ocean and Origami program. Free to the public, join the artist and Ocean Institute educators at 11 AM, Noon, 1 PM and 3 PM each day of the Festival and create your own special origami art.

A GIANT origami whale sculpture will be created during both weekends of the Festival. Members of the public will be invited to learn how to fold their own element of the sculpture! Join the fun and help us create a whale made totally out of beautiful paper.

Live entertainment throughout the day! The Festival’s FREE shuttle has a stop immediately in front of “Herb” the topiary whale, immediately adjacent to the display areas.
